While our wheelhouse is rooted in hazy New England Style IPAs, we’ve brewed everything from English Porters to Fruited Sours. Our flagship beer is Prime, a Citra IPA featuring a mild malt foundation that lets Citra and Amarillo hops sing. We almost always have Prime on tap, as well as a healthy mix of new brews and established standards. We typically release a new beer every few weeks, and are continually refreshing the rotation and bringing back perennial favorites.
Prime // IPA // 6.5% ABV // Our flagship IPA! This hazy IPA features a light malt backbone to showcase the hop players Citra & Amarillo. It finishes soft and mildly dry, making for an all-day kinda beer.
Waves // IPA // 7.2% ABV // Our secondary flagship IPA. Rich & textured, tropical & soft. Big flavors of Chardonnay, grape, pine, mango and citrus. Featuring Vic Secret and Mosaic hops.
Ack Ack Ack // Pale Ale // 5.2% ABV // Ack is our other-worldly Pale Ale. Brewed with Azacca, Simcoe, Taiheke, and Motueka. Its unique hop combo offers a palate of pineapple, lime, grapefruit and pine on a softly dry body.
Atmosphere // Schwarzbier // 5% ABV // Brewed with Pilsner and de-husked, roasted malts, and hopped with Hallertau Magnum and Hersbrucker. Lagered for a sleepy 6 weeks. Atmosphere drinks with refreshing hop character, backed by subtle, fruity roast and a clean, dry finish. An all-day, leaf-peeping sort of beer!
Bonus Land // Italian-Style Pilsner // 5% ABV // Bonus Land is brewed with a base of Eraclea pilsner malt and malted wheat, hopped with Saaz and Spalt Select, and dry hopped with Spalt Select. This lager sees ~8 weeks of tank time. It’s bright and floral, firmly bittered, unfiltered, and full of the punchy citric spice that characterizes this hoppy pilsner style.
DRAFT ONLY // Tropical Painkiller Moon Jellies // Fruited Sour // 7% ABV // Sour Ale modeled after a painkiller. Pineapple, Valencia Orange, house-toasted coconut, untoasted coconut, and nutmeg. Vroom vroom!
Watt // Pale Ale // 5.8% ABV // We brewed Watt with 100% Maine malted Pilsner, Vienna malt, and Oats from Maine Malt House and Blue Ox Malt House. Liberally hopped with Columbus, Mosaic, and Comet, Watt slaps with notes of grapefruit, floral resin, and berry. This Pale Ale is dry, dank, and refreshingly crisp from the first sip to the last gulp.
Humbled by the Void // Double IPA // 8.2% ABV // This DIPA was built on a simple malt bill of Wheat, Pilsner, and Vienna; this DIPA was dosed with heavy-handed additions of Strata, Cascade Cryo, and HBC 586 (now renamed Krush). Named for the late David Berman, it features richly layered notes of Valencia orange, papaya, cantaloupe, and mango— with an underlying Strata-driven dankness to round things out.
DRAFT ONLY // NIogax // 6.2% ABV // Hoppy Ale // We played with process variables this winter, giving this beer 5 weeks of cold-conditioning for a lower-ABV IPA with a mellow backbone. Hopped with American varieties in the kettle and dry-hopped with 100% Cryo Pacific Northwest hops. After conditioning, we hit it with Idaho 7 Hyperboost before packaging for a final zing. The result: a hoppy ale with surprising haze, an Xtra Smooth Body, and a glowing hop tingle. Nogax delivers juicy flavors and a saturated, hop-driven mouthfeel.
Lift // American Porter // 5.1% ABV // Silky smooth and easy-drinking, Lift is made from a variety of German, Belgian, and English specialty malts, American and New Zealand hops, and our house ale yeast. We’ve angled for a soft/silky body, semi-sweet finish, and balanced by a sturdy hop backbone. Lift has notes of bakers’ chocolate, light-roast coffee, clean caramel, and bright spice.
